This tax organizer is designed to help you collect and report the information needed to prepare your 2011 income tax return.  There are several worksheets to choose from depending on your situation.  The basic package is basic information I will need as well as a questionnaire and basic worksheets designed to jog your memory and help you organize your main data.

In addition to the basic package there are worksheets for items more specific to your tax situation.

You may use your own lists or you can enter your information on the tax organizer.

Note:  The General Question worksheets include a variety of questions designed to assist in completing your tax return.  If you answer yes to any of the questions, be sure to provide the applicable details.

Forms:  be sure to bring the following forms to the appointment if you have any

  • A copy of your 2010 tax return
  • A copy of your 2008 and 2009 tax return (for the prior year review)
